SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 06/14/16 at about 1103 hours, members of the VSP New Haven Barracks

investigated a reported single vehicle crash into a house on River Road in the

town of New Haven.

Investigation revealed that a 2010 Ford Focus operated by Bolsta was traveling

west on River Road when she reportedly lost control of her vehicle.  The vehicle

crossed both lanes of River Road and side-swiped a utility pole.  After

colliding with the pole, the vehicle continued across the lawn of the residence

located at 2168 River road, and subsequently came to final rest after colliding

with the western corner of the home.  There were no injuries as a result of the

crash.

Troopers investigation on scene led to the arrest of Bolsta who was taken into

custody for suspicion of Driving under the Influence, processed and released on

citation to appear in Addison District Court.

The Vermont State Police were assisted on scene by Bristol Rescue and Fire as
