VIOLATION: Excessive Speed/Negligent Operation

 

ACCUSED: Scott Taylor                                                                                  

AGE: 19

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: West Simsbury, CT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

Taylor was stopped on Interstate 91 in Westminster, Vermont and subsequently

arrested for negligent operation and excessive speed.  Taylor was driving north

on 91 at a speed of 107 miles per hour. 

 

Taylor was transported to the Rockingham State Police Barracks for booking and

later released.  He is scheduled to be arraigned at Windham Superior

Court/Criminal Division on August 9, 2016 at 8:00 a.m.
