SUMMARY OF CRASH: 

On 06/26/2016, at 22:27 hours, members of the Vermont State Police responded to an ATV crash on Upper Cold River Road in the Town of Shrewsbury.  The Shrewsbury Volunteer Fire Department also responded to assist at the crash scene. Troopers arrived on scene and through the course of the investigation learned Neal Sharrow (24) was operating his ATV on Upper Cold River Road when he lost control and struck a tree.  Sharrow was transported to the Rutland Regional Medical Center where he was treated for his injuries and subsequently transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. This crash remains under investigation. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to contact Trooper Loyzelle of the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks.
