SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 06-30-15, at approximately 1334 hours, State Police initiated a traffic stop of a vehicle traveling a 110 MPH in a posted 65 MPH zone on Interstate 89, (northbound) near mile marker 109, Georgia.  The operator was identified as Timothy Hoague (61) of Georgia, VT.  Hoague was issued a citation to appear in the Franklin County Court on 08-15-16 for excessive Speed.
