SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 06-02-16, at approximately 1357 hours, State Police made contact with a motor vehicle on Route 105, Sheldon.  The operator of the vehicle was identified as Andrew Nesbitt. Nesbitt’s license was criminally suspended in the State of Vermont. Additionally Nesbitt was on pretrial Conditions of a Release for a previous DUI charge.  Nesbitt was subsequently transported to the State Police Barracks in St. Albans and later released on a citation to appear in the Franklin County Court on July 25th, 2016 for Driving License Suspended and Violation of Conditions of Release.
