SUMMARY OF CRASH: On June 29, 2016 at 0806 hours Vermont State Police responded to a reported two vehicle collision on Route 302 in Newbury near Butson Trail. Troopers arrived and learned that Rhonda Proctor rear ended Deborah Dovholuk when a vehicle in front of them stopped to turn. No one was injured.
