SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

                On the above date and time, State Police in Middlesex responded to a report of a domestic disturbance involving a firearm.  The male party involved, Donald Ainsworth, was located after leaving the residence on foot and taken into custody.  It was determined that Ainsworth, while loading the firearm, made comments which placed his girlfriend in fear of her life.  Ainsworth proceeded to fire the weapon one time outside of the residence prior to leaving.  Ainsworth was held at the Orange County Sheriff’s Department awaiting arraignment on 6/29/16 at the Orange County Superior Court, Criminal Division.
