SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 06/10/2016, the Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Jersey Street South in the Town of Addison for an ongoing domestic dispute. After a short investigation it was determined Joshua Audy had assaulted his wife. Audy was subsequently placed under arrest for domestic assault and was transported to the New Haven barracks for processing. Audy was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Criminal Division to answer to the charge of domestic assault.
