CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Topsham, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 06/16/16, at approximately 1515 hours, Burnice Dow of Topsham, VT, was traveling east on VT Rte. 25 in Bradford Center, and as she attempted to pass a slow moving silage truck, her vehicle was sideswiped by another vehicle traveling the same direction. The vehicle, a small red pickup truck bearing white registration plates with a black cap on the back continued east at a high rate of speed and then onto South Rd. in Bradford, VT. The vehicle should have minor passenger side damage.
