ACCUSED: Curtis L. Forster                                                                                          

AGE: 26 years old

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Fair Haven, Vermont

 

VICTIM: Julianne C. McCarthy

AGE: 31 years old

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Poultney, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 04/12/2016 at approximately 1456 hours, members of the Vermont State Police were dispatched to a burglary which occurred on East Main Street, in Poultney, Vermont.

 

Investigation revealed that 26 year old Curtis L. Forster, of Fair Haven, entered the residence and stole various items without having permission to do so. Forster was process and released on citation to appear at the Rutland Superior Court on July 25th, 2016.
