SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On June 11, 2016 at approximately 0253 hours, member of the Vermont State Police responded to a 911 call from a subject reporting a physical assault at an apartment in West Rutland, VT. Upon arrival, Troopers met with Quintasia L. Davis and another party. Investigation revealed Davis had caused bodily injury to a family or household member and had threated bodily injury to this person with a weapon. Davis was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Rutland Town.

 

Davis was processed and later lodged at the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility. She is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, June 13, 2016 at 1230 hours at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division.
