SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 6.21.16, Troopers from the Royalton barracks responded to a residence on Irving Place, in the Town of Rochester, Vermont to investigate an unlawful trespass violation.

Investigation revealed that Van Steen entered the residence of Us and got into a confrontation with him.

Van Steen was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date.
