INCIDENT: DUI

DATE/TIME: 06/16/2016, at approximately 2059 hours

LOCATION (specific): Jones Hill Road, Newfane

VIOLATION: DUI

ACCUSED: Mr. Thomas E. Bahosh                        

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
           
On 06/16/2016, at approximately 8:59pm, members of the Vermont State Police responded to the area of Jones Hill Road, in the town of Newfane, for a report of a motor-vehicle crash. Upon arrival, Troopers located Mr. Thomas E. Bahosh, 66, of Newfane, near the scene of the crash. Further investigation revealed that Mr. Bahosh was intoxicated when he was operating his vehicle. Mr. Bahosh provided a preliminary breath test and the result was .148% breath alcohol content.
            
                  Mr. Bahosh was arrested and brought to the Brattleboro Barracks where he was fingerprinted, photographed, and processed. After being processed, Mr. Bahosh was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility and was ordered to be held until sober.
