SUMMARY OF CRASH:
On 06/29/16 at approximately 1500 hours, a member of the Vermont State Police was flagged down by Stolpp at the parking lot at the intersection of Route 30, East West Road and the covered bridge in Dummerston. At that time, Stolpp reported that persons unknown had caused damage to his vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot. Stolpp reported that this damage occurred on June 23, 2016 between 1400 and 1545 hours.
An examination of Stolpps’s vehicle revealed what appeared to be red paint transfer in the area of the damage.
