SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 06/04/2016 at approximately 1905 hours, while patrolling Rt. 100 in the town of Eden, Vermont State Police observed a Chevy Camero traveling at 77 MPH in a posted 50 MPH zone. Troopers stopped the vehicle on Route 100 just south of Blakeville Road. The operator identified himself as James Russell (DOB: 01/24/1984). A records check showed the operator was criminally suspended. The operator was taken into custody for Criminal - DLS.

 

The operator was transported to the Morrisville Police Station for processing. The operator was released on citation to appear in Lamoille County Superior Court for the charge of Criminal - DLS.
