VIOLATION: Burglary & Larceny




On June 22, 2016 at approximately 2:39 pm, the Vermont State Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle fleeing a residence on Higley Hill Road in Marlboro. 


A member of the State Police responded to Higley Hill Road in Marlboro and learned the following; at approximately 2:30 pm, a resident on Higley Hill Road, near Hughes Road, returned home to find an older green Honda Civic in his driveway.  The Honda Civic immediately fled the driveway when the home owner drove in.  A check of the home revealed that unknown person(s) had forced entry into the home and had stolen numerous items to include a Sentry Safe.  This investigation is still active and ongoing.
