SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 6/4/16 at approximately 2132 hours Vermont State Police from the Williston Barracks conducted a traffic stop for failure to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Winooski Falls way and Cascade Way in the City of Winooski. The operator of the vehicle, Kyle P. Tipson, showed signs of impairment when speaking with Trooper Miller. After performing standard field sobriety exercises Tipson provided a sample of his breath with a Preliminary Breath Test result of .182. Tipson was arrested and processed at the Williston State Police barracks. Tipson was then cited to appear on 6/23/16 at 0830 in Burlington to answer the charge of his third offense of Driving Under the Influence.
