SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, Vermont State Police in Royalton received a call

regarding an assault that had occurred in a vehicle that had pulled into a pull

off on River Street in Bethel. Witnesses were able to provide a vehicle

description and direction of travel. Officers from the Randolph Police

Department located the vehicle in Randolph. After an investigation, Nicole

Vadnais was arrested for domestic assault and was flash cited to appear in

Windsor County Superior Court on June 2nd, 2016 at 1230 hours.
