SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 20, 2016, at approximately 8:23 PM, the Vermont

State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for a speeding violation on

Interstate 91 near mile marker 25 north bound. Investigation revealed that the

operator of the vehicle, Gideon Toussaint, was in violation of conditions of release. Toussaint appeared at the Rockingham Barracks on June 21, 2016, where he was fingerprinted and photographed for the offense. Toussaint was released from

the barracks on conditions, and ordered to appear in Windham County Superior

Court on August 2, 2016.
