SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 20, 2016, at approximately 8:23 PM, the Vermont

State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for a speeding violation on

Interstate 91 near mile marker 25 north bound. Investigation revealed that the

passenger of the vehicle, Shannon Rajda, was in violation of a relief from abuse

order and conditions of release. Rajda was transported to the Rockingham

Barracks, where she was fingerprinted and photographed. Rajda was released from

the barracks on conditions, and ordered to appear in Windham County Superior

Court on June 21, 2016.
