LOCATION: I-91 NB, mile marker 25, Rockingham, VT

VIOLATION: Excessive Speed, Cruelty to a Child      

 

ACCUSED: Karlyn Pierce                                      

AGE: 33

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Montpelier, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/20/16, at approximately 1753 hours, Vermont State

Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on I-91 North, near mile marker 25, in

Rockingham, VT.  The operator, Karlyn Pierce, had been traveling north on Interstate 91 at a speed of 105 mph in a 65 mile per hour zone, and also had a juvenile in her vehicle. Pierce was arrested for Excessive Speed and Cruelty to a Child, and was ordered to appear in court a later date.
