VIOLATION: Aggravated Domestic Assault

 

ACCUSED: Christopher Peabody

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Weathersfield, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/04/16, The Vermont State Police investigated an

assault on Tenney Hill Road, in the Town of Weathersfield, Vermont.  The

investigation revealed that Christopher Peabody had assaulted a family member.

Peabody was arrested and transported to the

Rockingham State Police Barracks. The Windsor County Superior Criminal Court

Clerk, Anne Damone, issued several conditions of release and ordered Peabody to

appear in Windsor County Superior Criminal Court on 06/06/16. Peabody was not

issued bail, and was released from the Rockingham State Police Barracks.
