CONTACT#:8025227262

DATE/TIME:June 23, 2016 @ 1716hrs
LOCATION: I89NB, Exits 6 to 8
VIOLATION: Gross Negligent Operation

ACCUSED: Logan Foster
AGE:23
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Barre, VT

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: State Police were conducting stationary radar on I89NB just north of Exit 6 in Berlin. State Police clocked Foster's 2015 white Honda Accord at 100mph. State Police then attempted to catch up to Foster in the moderate to heavy traffic as Foster continued north bound at similarly high speeds. Foster weaved his vehicle in and out of rush hour traffic, without signaling and while passing on the right, past Exit 7 and through the S Curves at Exit 8.  State Police were eventually able to catch up to the Accord and signal Foster to stop, which he did just north of Exit 8.

Foster was processed at VSP Middlesex and cited into Washington Superior Court for Gross Negligent Motor Vehicle Operation, to appear on July 28, 2016.
