SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 6/16/16 the State Police responded to a report of a single vehicle accident

on Memorial Dr in St Johnsbury. The vehicle involved stuck a telephone pole causing extensive damage.  The operator of the vehicle fled the scene. After an investigation into the incident the operator was identified as David Johnson. Johnson was arrest for Leaving the Scene of an Accident. He is due in court on 7/25/16.
