SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 6/18/16 at approximately 12:03pm Vermont State Police conducted a stop on a motor vehicle being operated by the accused. The accused failed to maintain a proper lane of travel and during the subsequent investigation it was discovered he had a criminally suspended license. He was issued a written warning for failing to maintain a proper lane and issued a citation to appear in Lamoille County Court on 8/24/16 to answer for the charge of “DLS”. He was released on scene and a friend picked up the vehicle later on.
