SUMMARY OF CRASH: SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 23, 2016, at approximately 2:31

PM, the Vermont State Police responded to a two car motor vehicle crash that

occurred near the intersection of Vermont Route 100 and Smith Haven Lane, in the

town of Londonderry, Vermont. The investigation revealed that the operator of Vehicle #1, David C. Fenton was speeding and rear ended Kimberly Clayton's vehicle as she was turning left. Further investigation revealed that Fenton was under the influence of drugs. He was arrested for suspicion of DUI drugs and transported to the Rockingham State Police barracks for processing. Fenton was issued a speeding ticket and a citation for DUI. He was ordered to appear in Windham County Superior Criminal Court on 7/12/16 prior to being released.
