DATE/TIME: May 5, 2016 at approximately 3:30 AM
LOCATION: Property of 3349 Hebard Hill Road, Randolph, VT
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 5th, 2016 at approximately 3:30 AM the Randolph Center Fire Department responded to the area of 3349 Hebard Hill Road in Randolph for a reported mobile home fire. The mobile home was not occupied and was not currently being used. The mobile home was almost entirely consumed by the fire and would be considered a total loss.
Randolph Center Fire Chief Ken Preston contacted the Vermont State Police and requested fire investigators to conduct an origin and cause investigation. Fire investigators from the Division of Fire Safety and Vermont State Police responded later that same morning to perform the investigation. The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time and the investigation is still active.
