LOCATION: Stewart's Shop, Arlington

VIOLATION: Conditions of Release, Unlawful Trespass

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Homeless

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 04/03/2016 a State Trooper pulled into the Stewart's Shop in Arlington to get fuel.  The attendant came outside and advised him that David Mears had just purchased beer in the building and that he had an active notice against trespass for the premises.  Troopers found Mears hiding behind a rock out back with 3 cans of beer.  A check of his conditions revealed that he was prohibited from possessing alcohol.  Troopers called the County Clerk who cited him for 05/09/2016.  He was released with a citation.
