SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On May 1, 2016 at approximately 2104 hours Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on Route 15 in the town of Jericho.  Troopers determined Operator Eng was traveling east on Rte 15 when he lost control of his vehicle and collided with the guard rails. No injuries were reported in the crash.  Through the course of the investigation it was found that Eng was suspected of operating while under the influence of intoxicants and was taken into custody after providing a preliminary breath sample of (0.130%) BAC. Eng was transported to the Williston Barracks where he was processed for DUI and released to appear in court at a later date.
