On March 21, 2016 at approximately 4:44 pm, the Vermont State Police received a report a burglary to a barn on Coolidge Highway in the Town of Guilford.   A member of the State Police investigated the complaint and discovered that on March 17, 2016 Mr. Justin S Brown, 46, had participated in the forced entry into a barn on Coolidge Highway in Guilford.  Several catalytic converters where stolen from the barn and subsequently turning in to a recycling business in NH for cash.  Mr. Brown had previously been charged in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division where the court had issued conditions of release.  Among the court ordered conditions, the court ordered that Mr. Brown could not leave the State of Vermont without the court’s permission.

On May 1, 2016, Mr. Brown was interviewed and subsequently issued a citation to report to the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on June 14, 2016 at 8:00 am for arraignment on the charges of Burglary, Petit Larceny and Contempt of Court (Violation of a Condition of Release).
