SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
In February 2016, Vermont State Police responded to several neighbor dispute calls located on Rake Branch Trail in the Town of Woodford Vermont.
Upon arrival, it was found that someone had crossed over property lines and painted marks on several trees. After an investigation, it was determined Andrew Marra walked on a neighbor’s property in violation of an existing NO TRESPASS order, and painted on trees not belonging to him. During the course of the investigation, it was also determined Marra provided false information to investigating officers. US Forest Service Criminal Enforcement Division assisted with this investigation and additional charges could be pending.
Andrew Marra was processed and released on a citation to appear in court on July 27, 2016 for the offenses of Unlawful Trespass and Unlawful Mischief, and False Information to Police.
